Grievance Redressal / Advisory Committee

The Grievance Redressal or Advisory Committee has been set up in the Wellness Centers.

 

The functioning of the Committee is as follows:

2 Members

 

 

The Committee meets every 2nd Saturday of the month and looks into the following matters.

1.

Opens the complaint box/register and study the grievances/suggestions in the box /register

2.

If need arises call the complainant in one next meeting to sort out the grievances of the beneficiary

3.

The committee will suggest ways and means to improve the functioning of the dispensary within the available resources

4.

To liaise with the different agencies involved in the supportive services for the maintenance of the CGHS dispensaries
